As Christians, we give because of the grace that God has given us. The Bible describes this "grace giving" as being:

• Generous (2 Cor 8:2)
• Willful (2 Cor 8:3)
• God-directed (2 Cor 8:5)
• Shared (2 Cor 8:6)
• Active (2 Cor 8:7)
• Love-motivated (2 Cor 8:8)

We are not under compulsion to give; rather, we should offer cheerfully what God has placed on our hearts (2 Cor 9:7). We consider this an aspect of worship to the Lord, which is why we receive these offerings as a part of our Sunday services. As a practical accommodation to how a majority of people now use their money, we also make the option available to give online.
